We booked a table for 9.15pm on a Saturday, not too busy, and after half an hour then the restaurant emptied quite a bit, so it was not too noisy. A lovely restaurant, that offers something for everyone. I only knocked stars off as the salad bar was practically empty at 9.15 and was not topped up. I also found that some dishes were slow to be filled up or they weren't filled up at all. This won't put me off going back though.

If you like Buffet eating then this is right up your street. There are lots of tasty dishes on offer. As with any buffet fast food cooked in bulk doesn't sit long before the freshness dries up and with constant opened and closing of the covers over the food the drying process and cooling is even quicker. I found most of the dishes were cold by the time I'd queued and got back to my table. Service was semi-efficient Coke machine issues were slow to be noticed and resolved Cutlery was out of stock on several visits Very noisy Not much room for maneuvering between our table to the food queues, everyone trying to move at the same time added to the loss of temperature of the food. I won't return, it's not my thing. The Ice Cream Cone was the highlight tbh

We enjoyed everything about our visit to Cosmo. The dishes were beautifully presented, the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing and the service was good. I got an offer for my birthday.

Great selection of all different types of food, would highly recommend the Chinese section, the dessert section with fresh fruit and cakes is pretty good too

The worst food l have eaten in a while. It's absolutely one of the worst experiences l have had in a restaurant. The food, is tasteless, poorly cooked and presented. The deserts are dry and bland. The drinks tasted as if they were watered down. The meal for 3 adults with one drink was £93.

Just had an incredible first visit! The food was spot on—everything from the BBQ pork to the chocolate brownies was delicious and well presented. The staff were friendly and the prices are a steal for the quality. I honestly can't wait to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend checking it out!

Well, it's 3 years since our last visit, and we won't be going again. The food was ok but nothing to rave about last time , this time, it was crap with very few vegitarian options. Most of the food was luke warm and not replenished. Plates had chips out of them. When asked if everything was Ok and I said actually no its not the staff member just walked off. Again, I was asked if all was ok when paying the bill. When I said no to the staff member, she just ignored me. Didn't use the Toilets so can't say if they are still a mess or not , kids still unsurprised by parents , running around where people are carrying hot plates and food. Over priced , crap quality , will not go again.

I recently visited and had a fantastic time! The food and drinks were spot on, especially the Stir Fried Noodles and Char Siu—everything tasted amazing and was a great value for money. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a get-together with friends. Plus, the service was top-notch! Definitely planning to come back next year.

Arrived at 1pm sitting. Plenty of choice with Pizza, Asian, Indian through to the gorgeous Desserts on offer and everywhere is spotless and great value for money.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Cosmo. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the food quality was severely subpar. The floor had scraps of food, and the dessert buffet was a complete mess. Staff said they couldn’t refill the candy section, despite unsupervised children running wild. These children were handling food unhygienically, cutting in line, and even pushing into me—something especially unpleasant as a pregnant woman. We had a child with us who was well-behaved and supervised at all times, which made it even more frustrating to see the lack of control over others. Shockingly, neither the staff nor the parents stepped in to manage the chaos. To top it off, the chocolate fountain was watered down and had marshmallows just floating in it—likely another result of the children being left to run loose like animals. The whole experience felt unhygienic and poorly managed. Overall, the chaotic atmosphere and lack of cleanliness made this an unpleasant dining experience. I won’t be returning.

we were there for the first time and we will definitely come back. the food is delicious, fresh and very varied. the taste of everything was delicious. I liked the chocolate fountain, its design was very interesting, the desserts very large selection. The service very helpful, nice and fast. it was a pleasant meal I recommend to everyone.

Came as a walk in and will never return I’ve never been asked to pay for a meal before I’ve even sat down In my life but had to pay before hand (like a thief ) purchased drinks also Once inside Seated in a nice area Everyone else was been fetched there bills once they have eaten except me who had to pay first The other tables had servers asking if they would like drinks throughout there meals Instead I had to get up and go to the bar And get my own manager is rude and spends more time chatting the young staff up then actually doing anything Not to mention been sat near 2 crack heads who was talking about inappropriate stuff around my child This was supposed to be a nice relaxing meal out with family turned into a absolute joke Ps il be. Nice selection mostly but allot of it was very spicy so not so good for my son or me. Apple crumble was lovely
